• About Kim Leitch

Kim combines her entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional desktop skills, creativity, and quality deliverables. Her many years leveraging a unique mix of highly sought-after skills, continues to delight her clients by assisting them in reducing their cost of sales, and winning new business. Everything Kim delivers is with a knack for creativity and Fresh Thinking.

It’s all about Fresh Thinking.

Kim’s years in the corporate world were an exceptional training ground for what would prove to be a successful career centred around desktop technology, in both program development and product delivery. With a background of technical, sales support, and sales training at Xerox, Kim developed and perfected the ability to communicate with businesses effectively, and leverage technology tools to improve client operations. Whether it was designing and implementing complex databases, educating sales and support personnel in presentation skills, or helping customers become proficient with their technology solutions, Kim’s passion for customer success was key.

After corporate life and several years raising a family, Kim returned to the workforce, again using her core strengths, this time at a not-for-profit to manage their capital campaign initiative. With a burn for her own business, Kim then set out on her own as a virtual administrator. Her business quickly grew, entirely by word of mouth, from satisfied clients.

Kim’s success developed to the point of needing more resources to maintain her usual level of creativity, quality, and responsiveness. Additionally, she recognized the opportunity to provide clients with a broader base of solutions. In an ‘aha’ moment, Tandem Thinkers was born. Tandem Thinkers brought Kim and Doug together in a business partnership as a powerful alliance of left brain/right brain thinking to creatively address the needs of a broad base of clients.
